In healthcare, Peter has led and supported multidisciplinary safety and quality initiatives across pediatric critical care, applying improvement science, systems analysis, measurement strategy, workflow redesign, and data visualization to problems involving patient safety, clinical operations, health equity, and patient experience. His work has contributed to measurable improvements in areas including infection prevention, respiratory care, complex discharge, interpreter utilization, and clinical workflow.
As a senior military instructor and combat medic, Peter has spent more than 16 years working in environments where leadership, communication, adaptability, and sound decision-making matter. He develops instructors using adult and experiential learning principles and translates complex clinical and operational concepts into practical, repeatable performance.
Peter is also the Founder and Creative Director of Ghost Light Digital Studios, where he develops original entertainment properties, produces and hosts digital programming, leads distributed creative teams, and builds audience strategy across platforms including YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and Discord. Ghost Light programming has generated more than 2.8 million video views, 94K+ watch hours, and an audience of more than 15K followers and subscribers.
